Enemy able to proc friendly passive

I recently played a few games, and i noticed something odd. Sometimes i see enemy attack a minion with relic-shield; and the gold and hp went to their enemy(our team). I also noticed a couple of times when i played braum that the enemy was able to proc my passive when i applied my passive on scuttler. This was in different games, not in the same one and it happened infrequently.
