Emotes doesn't show

I tried to open my emotes in Collection, but there are two errors when loading it. The Error Code are: EM01, EM05.

Anyone know how to solve this error?

Try simply resetting your client? If all else fails, you might get a better response if you popped a ticket through to support; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
