(Gameplay) Jarvan E bugs(i think)

hello please check this screenshot , i have used E with j4 and i think it bugs cause flag is placed in impassable terrain. Therefore, j4 cant use Q to go to flag and stays behind wall. (Costed me some teamfights, cause i got caught in previous games) . Plz fix !
