[GAMEPLAY] Kalista Rend double-casting

When Kalista casts Rend and kills a target, the spell refunds mana and goes on cooldown (as intended). Then, Kalista immediately re-casts rend, expending mana and putting the spell on full cooldown, even if there are no targets within range that have spears embedded in them.

This happened numerous times in the game I just played as Kalista, and on one occurrence, the bug cast Pierce instead of instantly re-casting Rend.
