Match making flaw in ranked play

I have been playing from season 1 and this year I have never seen so many miss matched games in ranked play ever. MMR is so far off it comical. 10 straight losses do to team mates that are far below the other team. And with this early game meta I have not had a game that was a fair match up in months. win 3 stomping then lose 10-15 in a row. This is no longer a fun game with a flawed matchmaking. No more come backs or close games would ever wins in the first 8 mins steam rolls the other team. And the majority of the time now at 10 mins half the team is calling for FF or they afk......... WHat happened to having a chance to come back. Most of the time people say ff after first blood now WTF. no one plays out the game anymore
