Vlad q Bug

This has gone now for a very long time. Sometimes when Vlad q a dying creep, the q goes on cooldown and Vlad does not get the killing gold although the minion dies. In other words, if a minion dies during the casting time of q, his q gets still activated, not granting him the killing gold. The description might be somewhat vague but it is very apparent once it is experienced especially during laning phase. Riot should fix this bug considering that they are balancing Vladimir in this patch.
