All Rune Pages Randomly Deleted

I was playing today and was having internet trouble. When I switched my internet to my hotspot and went to play all my rune pages had been deleted except for the default ones. I highly doubt it had anything to do with the internet because when my normal internet came back up they were still gone. Can anyone provide an explination?
