This occurred during a one for all game (of course). I managed to produce this twice in the same game, since the ults were everywhere. I don't think there was a time this didn't happen, given the prerequisites.
So, kill an ult'd Zilean, place that kindred ult on him, and when he comes back he should have some tiny amount of health.
I believe this is intended. Kindred's ultimate prevents damage to anyone inside it that has 10% or less of their health, but it also prevents those units from being healed at all while inside it. Zilean's ultimate counts as a heal, so if someone is in the middle of being revived and then Kindred ult's, Kindred's ultimate will stop the healing from Zilean's ultimate, but since they are stilled being revived, they just come back with 1 HP.
