Stuck reconnecting

I have been in a game for over an hour. Stuck trying to reconnect. I quit out and it is now telling me to reconnect and then fails over and over. Anyone else having this issue?

I have this issue sometimes, I can usually get around it by fully closing out league, then restarting it as "run as administrator". The reconnect pops back up after logging back in and generally works that time.
