Unremovable Popup Shop Bug
[CLIENT+GAMEPLAY] Even with settings turned off, newbie shop tip popups won't go away
Even with 'Enable Newbie Help Tips' and 'Show new player tooltips' off in the settings. When I go into game and attempt to purchase an item I can't purchase I get a popup which often becomes unremovable, making it very annoying to try to shop when I misclick something.
- Have 'Enable Newbie Help Tips' and 'Show new player tooltips' off in the settings
- Get into a game
- Attempt to purchase an item to have the error pop up
I have been getting this issue constantly ever since a patch or two ago. I am unable to pinpoint when due to my inactivity across the time this bug started happening. I get it in-game, in practice tool, in 3v3 twisted treeline, ARAM, any game mode with an accessible shop. This occurs VERY frequently, as shown in the video provided here. I can replicate the issue within the first 10 seconds of getting in game with no fail. I've done numerous config resets, full repair, uninstall+reinstall, and throughout checking everything to figure out if it was corruption on my end.
Note: The video was originally for a support ticket so that's why it sounds like i'm referring to someone or somebody when speaking and not the general public.
