*RESOLVED*Mastery 7 token not granted

Hi i was being extra thirst buckety for my good play style since im always bad. I got an S and expected a chest but got nothing, but who cares about that i checked my profile and it says where my karthus is mastery 6, that you get a mastery 7 token for an S or higher and i got an S :/ ... I wanna be the very highest prestiged karthus. Pls send help. Rito pls.
