Help, League 4.20 Update Stuck at 87%

I've tried updating league for so long, and twice it has stopped at 87%(252 mb remaining, 0Kbps, step 2/2). I've tried to reinstall league completely but it didn't work. I've tried to go delete lol_air_client but that didnt work and so far im out of options. Can anyone help or find the problem?

run patch updater in safe mode works perfectly.
