[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q and R bugs

I noticed that Sion cannot use Q and R suddenly during the game. I don't why that bug occurred. I guessed it occurs when Sion's Q is interrupted. I met that bug three times. I have to left the game and reconnected to solve the bug. However, it will impact the game if I always leave the game. I know Sion has been updated recently, so it may exist some bugs. Hope this gets fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.
