I DONT UNDERSTAND!

Okay so my video driver can play the game. But the recent patches are not agreeing with my video driver. Im tired of getting 20 min wait timers when I have been trying to fix this problem for about 3 weeks now. I have been able to play games before the the recent patches. I just want to play League of game.
