Unable to Connect/Reconnect -- Please Help!

So, I started a match successfully and even got into the game. However, when I loaded, everything was frozen, so I decided to reconnect (to make sure it wasn't a connection issue) and turns out my network was fine. I currently am not able to reconnect to my game and am a poor lost soul, because I have no idea what's the issue. My chat seems to be working fine however, as I am able to talk with my friends despite being "Unable to Connect". When I try to reconnect, I get a black screen and an error message. Can someone inform me what's going on? I have tried : My Firewall ISP Connecting to a different network (still the same issue) etc.

I really hope I don't get leaverbuster for this, as I have no idea what's going on. http://puu.sh/p0ctn/cd9b36dffb.png http://puu.sh/p0dWo/4d58981aaf.jpg

Unrelated There is a bug with lux when she ults, she can apparently fire 2 lasers, however the other seem to do any dmg.

Try release/renew your IP and flush your DNS using the steps here if you can't reconnect; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq10

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work unfortunately. :( Got any other tips or helpful advice?

You can visit the Connection Troubleshooting Guide and make sure your network is set up properly. You can also try using a VPN; I recommend HotspotShield. I've seen VPN's work for several people before, but Riot isn't allowed to recommend you download third party applications so you'll never get that suggestion from them.

Personally I get this all the time when I have too many things open/using up bandwidth. Closing browsers/high usage apps might help?

As for high usage apps and the like (concerning CPU), none were open at the time, and I don't seem to have any viruses.

Update Great News!

I closed my league client and after almost 5 hours of waiting, it apparently fixed itself!

Thanks all for your suggestions, next time I'll try using a VPN.
