Riot lost my ranked Game

I went into to a ranked game about 20 minutes ago and I was plugged in though Ethernet and was able to play the first 3 minutes of the game before my ping increased to 600 and I was unable to connect. I went to see what the problem was, but to my belief there was no problem on my end. My WiFi and Internet connection was working perfectly. I tried to reconnect, but it still wouldn't work. I am not angry I am just disappointed. Please do something to fix this problem.

your connection to the game, goes through many nodes on the internet, you can be fine to your ISP, and there can be no issues with the game servers, but the nodes between them might have issues causing you not to be able to connect.

I know this happened a while ago, but I was curious if this has been happening consistently for you. If so I have some follow up questions to hopefully find out what is going wrong
