Blue Blinking Light on Non Mana Users Like Minions,Turrets, ect.

On the PBE I've encounter a blue blinking light, like on minions, turrets, monster ect. It really hurts my eyes seeing it. It also appear in a straight line in my in game icon to my map. I hope this gets fixed soon, I tried everything to fix it but I haven't encountered a solution yet.
