Renaming Summoner Name ip amount bugged

when i go to change my name using ip, the client displays a incorrect amount. while i know i have more than enough ip to change my name, it remains he same, even after matches where i get more ip. not only that but it refuses to update regardless to restarts to the client. please fix.
