Kalista's passive against turret bug

So I don't know if this was intentional or not, but when playing Kalista, and you're trying to push turret, attacking the turret makes you activates your passive and you hop towards it. You can just not hop. The only way you can not hop is if you target your cursor on a single spot on the turret. This makes pushing turrets nearly impossible because you are always in turret range. Fix this.
