Twisted fate bug, Problem with his E. BIG BUG

Sry for my english. I had just played a game as Twisted fate in legend of the poro king, and i went witht the Firecanon/statik shiv build. What i notice was when i used E the damage from either Statick shiv or firecanon did not work. So i tested it in a Custom map, and i was correct. When twisted fate uses E, the damage from from either statick shiv or fire canon is canceled, but it still shows it has been activated, with the stackts gone. Would say this is a bigger and newer bug, cause i have played the Twisted fate with this build, where i worked. Really do hope you look in to this fast
