Stuck in the fountain

I just got off playing a game in which, as nocturne, I wasn't able to leave the fountain. whenever I try to click outside the fountain, he would stop at the every edge. Flashing out proved fruitless as he turn turned around and went back in. I could however, still lave wards and interacted with other champions out side of the fountain. I was the only one on my team experiencing this. eventually I had to disconnect and try to reconnect, which was unsuccessful as riot disconnected me again due to "prolonged inactivity" just as I reconnected and i ended up earning myself a 5 game leaverbuster penalty through no fault of my own. Could someone please look into this?
