Some legacy skins art can't be shown in the champions page

Since 5.24 patch installed, I can't see my legacy skins art shown in the champions page but can be chosen in champion select. Such as Muse Sona, Tempest Janna, Leopard Nidalee, Lollipoppy,etc.
