Weird connection issues ingame

Hello ! For a couple of weeks now I had games when my " ping " was correct but I had lags and dc several times. I am living in an Island in South Pacific and the only decent server we can choose is NA, so our correct ping runs none lesser than 160 ms. Therefore, I did believe every time I lagged hard, I was faulty because of the internet here which sucks hard big time !

The problem is, each time I had those issues, my allies and the ennemy team DC too and couldn't see the game even tho their latency was good, I started asking myself if it was really my internet that caused the issues, or if this is a problem from Riot servers... As an addicted gamer, I usually play a lot of games per day and because of those issues, I am getting a lot of leaver buster recently...

At this point, I just want to know what's the matter and how can I fix it ? Because I'm about to put the internet service over here on fire and feed my dogs with the flesh of the CEO. Thank You for the Help ! :D
