client and champ select

so after sitting on the client waiting for the damn play button to stop being gray for who knows how long i decide imma test it out in practice tool cause shit seems sketch and when i got into the champ select the champs dont load (own all but sett) sooooo is practice tool broken also why is it taking the play button like 30 min to pop up after loading the client.. ive already tried uninstalling and reinstalling
