[Gameplay Bug] Jayce Accerlation Gate not casting immediately after Shock Blast.

Hello! I'm a pretty avid Jayce player for the last 3 seasons and can pretty easily recreate the same way of casting shock blast into acceleration gate with muscle memory, but cannot this patch. I have been using the new Forsaken Jayce skin if that matters.

Before this patch, I have had no difficulty using Jayce's Q+E combo where you fire your shock blast then produce the acceleration gate after right in time for the Shock Blast to pass through it. HOWEVER, on this patch my E will not cast until a certain lag time after I press Q, making it so I cannot do the combo as reliably as the previous patches. It is still possible to Shock Blast into Acceleration Gate, but it is not as reliable or quick as previous patches. There is a noticeable difference.

This is an unintended nerf to Jayce due to recent recoding of his Acceleration Gate (E) for this patch. An experienced Jayce player will notice that the Q+E is not nearly as quick or fluid as previous patches.
