Annie Q Bug

Whenever you have stun up and throw Annie's Q as she dies it won't stun the enemy even though it's supposed to. It still does damage and actually hits them but the stun fails to go off. This has been a bug for over a year now and I just assumed riot would fix it but they haven't so I'm finally posting it here. Please fix it, it's lost me so many kills on Annie.

Is this really a bug though? Annie's passive is checked when a spell hits something (that's what allows to E during Q travel time to sneak a stun), and dead champions don't have stacks :p ...
