Cull not working

I have played a few games with cull and I have noticed it not procing the 300 gold when I hit 100 cs.

Once I had around 125 CS and it still did not proc.

Are you sure all those CS were yours? Maybe u had support with Relic Shield?

100% when I had 125 CS that was with gangplank in the top lane all by myself.
