[GAMEPLAY] Cannot purchase any runepages with blue points or riot points.(Reposted x4)

​1. Login to 'Client'. 2. Click on 'Store'. 3. Click on 'Accessories'. 4. Click 'Rune Pages'. 5. Click on 'Additional Rune Page'. A. Click option to use Blue Points for 6300 instead of ingame money. Expected result: Using Blue points or riot points to buy a addiontonal rune page.

Actual Rule: A error occurs and doesn't allow me to purchase a runepage with BluePoints for 6300 and my RIOT points. This bug has been working against me for the past 6 months. I would like to spend my blue points please or riot points to buy additional pages.

I'm not the best at the game but this is limiting the number of champs I could play, I have a hard time with the game still including knowing all the best runes for each champ I play. This has been limiting my pool for awhile now and would really appreciate this bug to be fixed or my account to be looked into as of why I been getting a error over the past 6 months. I'm going to keep on posting this until I can get this option of buying RunePages to work. Does riot have a limit to rune pages to only 25?
