Beta Clash Missed Because We Couldn't Lock In

It really sucks that my team was trying to lock in that whole 30 minutes and couldn't because one person's client didn't let them get into the competitive tab. All other team members had a hard time locking in as well and almost didn't. But just because of one we had to miss everything. This really sucks and I hope Riot plans on doing something about it. We all have jobs and that was the only time we could play. So we missed the first day. Riot really does need to do something for everyone that missed please. SO unfair. [sg-ahri-3]
