Lunar Revel Shop 2016 Gone

Ok, so my lunar revel shop isn't there. I can't even click the button to take me to my own personal shop. I wanted to buy this vel'koz skin, but because the shop isn't there, I can't buy it cheaper. Can you guys fix this so I can buy my skins. Thanks for your help.
