[Gameplay] Can't swap item's positions (hotkeys 1-6)

On Summoner's Rift, I've unsuccessfully tried swapping item's positions (swapping it with other items, to be bound to hotkey 1-6 for example). Same thing happened two games in a row (solo queue). I've also tried flipping minimap to original position on the right, which had no effect.

Edit: Just noticed that hovering over items isn't working either, you can't see how many stacks on tear you have for example. This needs to get fixed asap.

I hope there is a fix to this because its extremely annoying when you are used to certain items being on certain keys.

Same here, in NA. Tried to swap items in two ranked games, and can't; they won't swap.

Happened to me as well on OCE. I played normal games with the new hud and everything was fine, but then two ranked games in a row with the old hud, I couldn't swap items. I have reduced the hud size and moved map to the left (before the bug started) so maybe that could be causing it.
