Firewall Error

I've recently changed my motem with Rogers. The new motem is a Hitrontech Model: CGN3ACSMR. I have tried multiple procedures and tutorials to find a way around this. None of them worked. I've tried different computers to see if it was my computer but, it all lead to the connection. This never happened until I switched motems. Now I'm stuck after Champion Select and can't play league of legends. Any feedback?
