Ziggs w/flash glitch?

hey all I was recently playing as and was against in mid he used his w skill and I out before he activated the explosion and I was out of the range of the blast yet was still knocked up and was just wondering if there was a bug with it. thanks [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
