I reached Honor lvl2 brofe february and I didnt get rewards....

So riot posted that if you reach honor lvl2 before february11 you will get rewards.Today I reached it and I got nothing I checked that post again and all was same.Can someone tall me why I didnt get them,this season I got only chat restricted never banned....??
