Cant open league pls help

everytime i try to open league it says "unspecified error occurred. please check the logs for more information"

i tried uninstalling and re installing but that didnt work either i have been looking for help for 3 hours now and nothing has worked i have also tried deleting the solutions file but that doesnt work either pls help me :(

Tried restarting the computer? That's what fixed it for me. Windows released another crappy update today.
