Client Issues

Hello, I've been having some issues with my client. Sometimes works just fine, others there are some problems:

• We have restored your client to an older version, we will relaunch to update now. (Or something like that); When this happens, sometimes I can't play on full screen as it appears a message saying it isn't the native resolution and the screen goes all black.

• Scanning client files, stuck at 1 file scanned and out of nowhere launches the patcher which stays stuck at 0 everything, 0.0MB downloaded, 0 minutes etc.

The fix I have been using for the resolution problem is to Alt + Enter and just play on windowed mode. The other problem, and some variations of it I have been struggling to find some solutions, sometimes the game launches, others it just won't. I have noticed aswell that everytime my client has an older login screen it is one of those times I won't be able to play or at least will be stuck waiting a long time before I can play.

Does anyone know anything on these topics, or has any tips to help me out? Thank you all in advance.
