The changes to the client

So its hard to get a picture of it but EVERY time a queue dodges(which is like every other matchup) or I get into a lobby the client lags HARD and I mean so hard I can hear the next AFK timer pop up but wont see it, no changes in visuals from the last queue, then it finally responds again like 45 seconds after the regular timer ends (10 sec? 15?) and then explodes into "A player has left during cham-- Clyder has declined the AFK" yada yada, its only been happening this patch at an alarming rate like Ive only played 2 matches tonight but have had over 2 queues pop up due to afk and me just having to sit there and wait for the client to calm down.
