Matchmaking needs improvement

So I started playing league a month ago, so I'm not that high in terms of lv, however, I keep getting put with people who feed the other team the WHOLE time. I think that the matchmaking should no longer be based on lv but also how you do in game. I'm getting tired of always carrying my team and them just feeding and making my life harder. What do you guys think about the matchmaking mechanics?
