Mastery Level 7 do not show up in order after first 3

In my profile it shows my top three champions with mastery level 7, but then it fails to show my other mastery level 7 champions on the following page that shows my other highest mastery champions. Instead, it will show my mastery level 6 champions.

This is not a bug. The second page for your champion mastery is titled "In Progress." Level 7 champions are not in progress,they are completed as they are at the highest level currently possible.
