Not letting me or my buddy queue up for any mode

Was stuck in queue for much longer than usual, so we went to restart the queue and noticed it wouldn't let us cancel it. Relogged, and then became unable to start any queue from any lobby on our accounts. If I go on my other account, it allows me to queue. Please help
