cant connect to the game

first of all sorry for my poor english. i have a bug that wont let me conect to the game. i was starting a ranked game and after the chemp select it didnt connect to the game and it showed me the reconnect button. after i lost some lp i tried loging into the sandbox mode, and i had the same problem. so i tried in other server (euw) and yet again there was the same problem. i know it somthing with mu cpu but is there anyway to fix it?
