I haven't gotten a chest in almost a month, i've been getting key fragments but no chests, i have 6 full keys, but i can't use them cause i'm not getting chests for some reason, despite the fact that i've been getting S-, S, and S+ on multiple games, but still no chests. Is this a bug riot is planning on fixing? anyone else having the same problem?
You can only earn one chest per champion per season. Once you earn a chest with a certain champion, you will be unable to earn another chest while playing as that champion for the rest of the season, no matter how many S grades you get. So if you are playing champions that you have already earned a chest with, that is why you are not earning anymore chests.
I have the same problem, and I'm getting at least S- on champs I have not received a chest for yet.
