Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger Removed?

I just saw that dragon trainer heimerdinger was availible on the league screen. I just bought twenty bucks in rp for it and ITS GONE!!! What the heck? I don't see it anywhere now and feel crazy. Bring it back!!!
