Kog maw death Bug

In a recent game I played against a Kog'maw after I killed him the passive sound will keep playing over and over. It didnt matter if my camera was looking at his dead body or not it kept playing the death sound with the sound as loud as it can be. Even after he revived and came back I was able to hear it until the game ended.
