Broken Q [gameplay]

This has happened to me at least twice and seen it happen once to someone else, so far in just aram, in the middle of the game Q stops working, doesn't respond at all, its pretty game breaking.. especially when the first time it happened to me i was varus. It happened to me again today when i was sion, but my ult also stopped working, it lasted through the whole game. I can't think of what triggered it, but i at least remember that with sion i had died before the 2 skills stopped working. This really needs fixing!
