Ziggs abilities invisible [Gameplay]

In ranked he was using the Snow Day Ziggs skin. Early game no problems, normal visuals. About 10-12 minutes in his abilities turned invisible. Everything still did normal damage and moved along the same paths as normal. The dust particles on the ground could be seen, but I could not see any of his bombs.

I was going to test it in practice mode but I don't have the skin. If anyone does, the masteries were 12/18/0 T-Lords keystone. Summs were flash and barrier. The skin was Snow Day and he was on Blue Side.
