[GAMEPLAY] Quinn ult bug, stucked as Valour.

This bug is about Quinns ult that makes you stuck in Valour form through out the rest of the game. After the ult, I was not able to cast her ultimate again as it was stuck at 136 second for the whole game. When scrolling over the ability, it said 'Skill not available'. I was able to cast all the other abilities that valour could use. While auto attacking minions, the character froze a few times. This bug happened when I played against a Vayne and Janna bot, I ult and used my E on Janna but right after I used it, I got stunned by Vaynes E. I had a Tahm as a support and I got eaten by him right after. I recalled and that's when I realised I was stuck as Valour, I am not really sure what exactly has triggered this bug.

1. Used my Ulti
2. Flashed in and used my E on Janna
3. Got stunned by Vaynes E
4. Got eaten by Tahm
5. Recalled and got killed my akali.
