Playing from South Africa: Ping Disadvantage,Glitching,Unable to log in often & now Riot !!! WHY !!

I have supported LOL for many years playing at a huge disadvantage in South Africa from 250-300 PING often randomly jumping into the 1000s for a few seconds even with fast internet.. My game glitches now and then as well.... where I suddenly freeze and appear elsewhere on the map or walk slowly toward the rowers/ enemies unable to do anything for no reason...... Even if my ping is under 300. After all this frustration.... and seeing EU players moan about 20-100 ping (highly annoying as I'm always playing over double theirs)... NOW I cant even log into LOL (which in the past has often glitched and I have to restart my pc 2-10 times to try log in). So RIOT wanted me to make an account and link, Fine... I did then it complained about my username is already in use then made out at if i cant link it to my LOL account asking me to install the game .. giving me user name in use issues.. Closed everything and gave up. Well magically I have my riot account linked to my LOL account today on your website...... BUT its now Three days My lol launcher crashes, I cant even start it up. Three days and no LOL... and I cant even find anything about what are your plans for South Africa, What is going on, Why cant I play a single game on your EU server where I have been using happily and patiently at a glitchy horrible ping for years... struggling every 2-4th time to log in... even having issues like "chat disabled" very often so I cannot create a game and have to reload anything from 2-10 times including restarting my pc... I finally reached my highest Honor level and now I cant play.... Guess what I am trying to say.. WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR US IN SOUTH AFRICA? WHERE IS THE INFO ON WHEN WE CAN ACTUALLY LOG IN? LOL IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AT TIMES TO PLAY IN MY COUNTRY BUT WE STILL SUPPORT AND ENJOY THE GAME!?! LOL IS OUR RELAX TIME... WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HELP OUR FRUSTRATIONS?! LOL IS THE ONLY GAME I HAVE TO ENJOY WITH MY FRIENDS AFTER WORK.... I am tempted to install Dota again... This game crashes so many times, I struggle to log in all the time... the ping is horrible all the time and now this??? And no my pc is fine because NON of my Steam games have this issue.... not even Dota when i played it around 2010... but.... LOL is my go to game.. <3 :'( Very frustrating and disappointing :'( Only highlight this year was one of the flamers (a Yi) .. I got a notification he was actually banned for his flaming, stealing the health from team, feeding and afk behavior... So thank you for that... Other than that... its been a very frustrating year to play LOL from South Africa :(
