6.5 Windows Crash

After signing into the client, the home page loads slowly, and before it finishes loading, and before I get a chance to react, it causes the computer to freeze entirely. Sounds still play properly, but all control of the computer is lost, and the only way to unfreeze it is to do a manual shutdown by holding the power button. I have not successfully logged into the client once since the 6.5 patch update.

Edit: I have re-installed the client, and ran the client repair feature. This crash still hasn't been fixed.
