pvp.net client not working

when i open lol it works and shows the lol patcher just fine when i hit launch tho it loads the pvp.net client but all it is is a black screen and the login screen music this problem starting happening after i upgraded to win 10 yesterday i've tried uninstalling it many times and that doesn't fix anything
